This one contains hand-pressed eye shadows that can be applied wet or dry, along with two shades of lengthening, smudge-free mascara. At Bergdorf Goodman, the only department store where Girlawhirl can purchase Edward Bess cosmetics, the waiting list for Private Eye is already open.
