When summertime heat turns particularly sticky, the last thing Girlawhirl wants to do is wear tons of makeup. It's hard enough feeling fresh when the humidity's high and looking fresh becomes a Herculean task. Particularly fantastic, is a cobalt blue (called Blue #8), that's far more interesting than Girlawhirl's typical black, brown or grey liners. Somehow, she feels just a little more chic when she's wearing it. Teals, greens, gold, browns, more blues and blue-greys and even a gorgeous light green, round out the palette.

Made with macadamia nut oil and Vitamin E, and with a particularly skinny tip, the pencils glide right on. Girlawhirl barely smudges hers, she practically buries her line into the roots of her lashes, and the water resistant color remains sharp even on the hottest of days.
