Everyone's a winner when it comes to delicious donuts, donut holes and cinnamon buns that taste great and are unbelievably low in fat. A traditional fried donut has anywhere between 15 and 25 grams of fat – and a cinnamon bun can have up to 55. But the folks at Holey Donuts don't fry, slashing the fat down to three to four grams for a donut and only five for a cinnamon bun. The cooking method's top secret, and patent pending, but the rest of the process is strictly handmade, using high quality ingredients.
