Girlawhirl's crazy for spreadable olive oil! She knows it sounds silly, but having a truly heart healthy substitute for butter in her kitchen is like a culinary dream come true. Somehow, the olive oil is emulsified into the consistency of whipped butter, so she can use it on sandwiches and bread. . .
When it comes out of the cupboard - it's shelf stable too - it's truly spreadable, but from the fridge it's a little denser so she can make fancy curls to top veggies, fish or even pasta. Bringing it to the table with a little spreader draws oohs and ahhs from the crowd. And it comes in flavors as well: Basil, Garlic Herb, Lemon and Truffle.
