Here's what he did: First he took regular spring water and studied it under a microscope. He bottled the water into different containers and labeled each container with a word or phrase. Some of the containers got words like ‘Love & Thanks.' Others got phrases like ‘I hate you,' or ‘You Fool!' Later, Dr. Emoto looked at the water from all the different containers under the microscope again.

The water that was labeled with loving words, when frozen, was transformed into gorgeous crystal and snowflake like molecules. The water labeled with negative words created jagged and irregular ice crystals. 

Girlawhirl, after seeing the photos, wondered what it must be like inside her body (about 70 percent water) or the bodies of her co-workers and loved ones. She imagined the beauty of the snowflake crystals when all was well and everyone was full of positive energy. And how when the going gets tough, negative energy could start to transform that… and that's the last thing she wants.
