• Armageddon in Retrospect by Kurt Vonnegut A collection of previously unpublished fiction and non-fiction by the famed writer who died last April. Fiction entries included tales of time travel and a mock Paradise Lost.

• Bags by Clair Wilcox This photo anthology chronicles the evolution of the handbag from the Middle Ages to today's must-haves from the likes of Chanel and Prada.

• Belong to Me by Marisa de los Santos No one was more suspired than Cornelia Brown – a dedicated city girl – when she decided to move to the suburbs. She's confident she and her husband, Teo, made the right decision. But the first person she meets, the perfectly groomed Piper Truitt, is everything Cornelia feared her suburban community would be – judgmental with impossibly high standards. But Cornelia didn't expect to find a woman like Lake amongst her new neighbors, who moved there to send her brilliant son to a school for the gifted. She develops an instant bond with Lake, also new to town, over a shared love of movies and literature. The relationship between the three women changes and grows as Piper cares for her best friend Elizabeth while she battles cancer and Lake and Cornelia grow closer despite a dramatic secret Lake is concealing.

• Wit's End by Karen Joy Fowler From the bestselling author of The Jane Austen Book Club. Rima Lanisell decides to visit her estranged godmother Addison Early – the very private author of the “Maxwell Lane” mysteries, and one-time girlfriend to Rima's recently deceased father Bim, for whom a character in the series is named. At Addison's house “Wit's End” in Santa Cruz, California, Rima slowly learns the truth behind Addison's work and that she too is of interest to “Maxwell Lane” fans as the line between fiction and reality blurs.
