Creation in Death by J.D. Robb —New York Times bestselling author Nora Roberts' newest novel under her pseudonym J.D. Robb. It's the near future, and NYPD Lieutenant Eve Dallas is still haunted by cases that went unsolved and murderers she never caught. When a young girl turns up dead in East River Park – placed just so and showing signs of torture – Eve knows it means a killer nicknamed “The Groom” is back at it. Nine years earlier he killed four women in 15 days – placing silver rings on their fingers before disposing of the bodies. Eve soon realizes this time it's personal when she learns this victim was an employee of her billionaire husband, Roarke, and that the body was washed in products bought in one of her husband's stores, and laid out in sheets from Roarke's company. Now Eve has to beat the clock to save whomever “The Groom” has in his grips right now, because he has his sights set on her next.

The Chase by Clive Cussler—Issac Bell had been called in to put an end to the Butcher Bandit's reign of terror in 1906. For two years, the western states of America have been suffering through a string of bank robberies by a single man that leaves all witnesses dead before he vanishes. Every time Bell gets close, the Butcher Bandit slips through his fingers. But at least he knows he's making progress, because he's upset the Bandit enough for him to set his sights on Bell. From Arizona to Colorado and even to the streets of the San Francisco during the 1906 earthquake, Bell closes in on the ruthless killer and the woman who may be the key to unlocking his identity. That is if he can get to the Bandit before the Bandit gets him.

Rhett Butler's People by Donald McCaig —authorized by Margaret Mitchell's estate, author Donald McCaig explores the life of Rhett Butler, husband to Scarlett O'Hara in Mitchell's Gone with the Wind. This story parallels the perennial classic, but this time it's told through Rhett's eyes.

Stone Coldby David Baldacci—Annabelle Conroy conned casino king Jerry Bagger out of millions – and now he's looking for her. Oliver Stone and his colleagues use everything they've got to protect her, but their skills might not be enough when their opponent reveals Stone's questionable past. Elsewhere, Harry Finn seems like a normal family man, except he's already killed three men and has more in his sights. When he sets his mark on Stone, his reason is so shocking it may change perceptions of good and evil.
