Born to teepee dwelling hippies in a Colorado cowboy town, Jerramy felt perennially out of place. Her fairy tale fantasies and princess obsession went far beyond average girlhood dreams. Feeling a particular draw to the English royal family, at the age of six, while studying a royal family tree, Jerramy set her sights on Peter Phillips, Queen Elizabeth's oldest grandson.

From high school to graduate school, everything Jerramy does is calculated to help her obtain her goal: meeting Peter Phillips. Living and working in her beloved London, Jerramy befriends society's elite, parties with prep school boys and endures one romantic misadventure after another – all the while waiting for her prince to come.

Despite all of the trials she endures – loneliness and possible deportation – Jerramy can't, and won't, give up her hunt for Peter. Not even that fact that he's living with a long-time girlfriend gives her pause, for she truly believes if she doesn't give up she'll finally end up what she's always felt she is inside: a princess.
