The dots continued in many forms. Models hit the runway in shimmering gold puffed sleeve tunic and all kinds of silvery-white incarnations: anorak, short sleeve bomber jacket, sheath dress and more. Marine blue dots covered a drop waist dress and ivory pinwheels of cut out lace were overlayed on top of nubby brown sackcloth to create a gown.
And while she might have been fixated with her very own breed of dottiness, there were plenty of other details for Girlawhirl to take in. Scalloped edging on hems, around the bodice of a strapless dress and even tiers of a skirt, waists belted with neat little two tone belts, chunky embroideries that looked like necklaces and oversized paisley embroidery filled up the skirts of two pretty ivory color dresses.
Neutral colors like ivory, the silvery-white mentioned above and the burlap-brown used in the sackcloth were popped with persimmon, pollen (that yellow Girlawhirl's seeing everywhere), bottle green, marine blue and peacock.
