Girlawhirl's loving the look of a slightly longer top – a tunic – worn over a skinny pant or pencil skirt these days. The only caveat is making sure that she's not overwhelmed by too much volume on the top half of her outfit. One way she keeps the look trim is by adding a belt or belted outer layer – like a cardigan or vest. Another trick is to make sure that she shows some skin.
