So, in his book The Lazy Environmentalist: Your Guide to Easy, Stylish, Green Living, Dorfman highlights all kinds of products, from toothbrushes to hybrids that can be incorporated into the average American's life without sacrifice, compromise or difficulty. Things like plastic trash bags that fully biodegrade (biobagusa.com) and cleaning products that have refill stations in stores so Girlawhirl can bring in her empties and leave with refills over and over again (restoreproducts.com).
After reading this book, Girlawhirl gets it too. A lot of little substitutions combined with making the right choices and, lazy or not, she's starting to really make an impact. She's even started to tune into Dorfman's radio show, also called the Lazy Environmentalist, on Sirius satellite Radio's LIME Network.
