Dr. Saunders covers it all; from what to look for in a surgeon to how your nurse will be looking out for you before, during and after surgery and more. Of course there are plenty of before and after photos, and after reading the book, Girlawhirl has a much greater understanding of what can – and can't – be done through cosmetic procedures. No operation is going to lift her inner thigh like she does when she grabs a handful of jiggle and pulls it up.
