Girlawhirl believes in starting her day with a healthy breakfast. But sometimes her schedule and sleep requirements don't always leave time for her to make a well-rounded first meal each day. Instead, her breakfast usually consists of whatever she can grab on the fly. But now she's found a new tool to help her cook an egg in a snap…

Besides coming in colorful sets of four, the function behind the Christina Schafer designed EIKO egg boilers is really what gives these cooking tools their edge. They ease Girlawhirl's morning by making the process of boiling an egg simple. There's no need for her to worry about cracking her eggs when she adds them to the pot, these spoon like devices cradle them, preventing disaster, and hang over the side of the pot keeping the eggs submerged in the boiling water.

When the eggs are ready – she can use the different colors as a timing-guide as well, red egg went in first or blue egg gets an extra ten seconds – Girlawhirl just grabs the cool handle, walks it over to the sink and runs the egg under cold water. Voila! Breakfast without the hassle. The egg boiler goes straight to the table, and acts as an egg cup.

Form and function – and perfect for Girlawhirl's kitchen.

Girlawhirl bought her EIKO egg boilers at vessel.com.
