Since there's a closet at the end of her hallway and plenty of other doors on either side, her first thought was to paint the doors themselves a single, or possibly multiple colors that would contrast with the wall color. But now that she's seen Jonathan Adler's new wallpaper, she's abandoned the painting for a much cooler and classier solution.

Using the graphic motifs he's become known for -- bamboo, Grecian keys, scrolls and even nautical knots -- these fun contemporary wall coverings are just the thing Girlawhirl's long hallway needs. With easy to live with color combos -- brown, light blue, green, grey, yellow and more against white paper -- she's sold. And while she's pretty sure her hallway is too long to go with something metallic, the white scrolls on silver or orange garlands printed on gold foil are still in the running.
