Girlawhirl's been slaving away in her new position for a few months now, getting up to speed with her new workload and customers and even taking on a few new clients. She's worked the extra hours and kept it all together. Without giving herself an obvious pat on the back, she'd like to make sure her hard work gets noticed… The satisfaction of a job well done is certainly gratifying, but it can be equally as frustrating when hard work goes unnoticed. It's a quick leap from unnoticed to feeling underappreciated. So Girlawhirl wants to make sure her superiors know she's doing great work without being braggadocious or obnoxious.
