Though she hates to admit it, Girlawhirl has a hard time making it through the work week once the dog days of summer are upon her. She catches herself looking out the window on beautiful days, daydreaming about relaxing on a beach, in a backyard – really being anywhere but at her desk. If she's feeling at all burnt out at work, the summer months amplify her need to get out of the office. Of course she knows that just because the weather's nice, it doesn't give her a pass on being productive at work, so she's taught herself a thing or two about beating the mid-summer blues… Girlawhirl is certainly not alone in her summer urge to “get out of jail” and head for the boardwalk.
